RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • Our R&E terms only apply to purchases done in Saint Osa website. We do not accept R&E due to dislikes on products, colors, or styles. We accept R&E if there is/are defect(s) on our products. Please inform us within 3 business days after receiving your order by sending us an email to cs@saintosa.com with your receipt and a snapshot of the defective product. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • We also accept size exchange within 3 business days after you receive your order. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs required for size exchange, so please be careful to choose the size that fits you. We have included description and size chart in our product catalog page.
  • We will replace the product(s) with the same design as long as stock is available. If the same design is sold out, we can offer you to replace it with different design and same price OR we can return your money.
  • 10 business days after we correspond with you are allocated for you to return the item(s). We will not entertain R&E if it exceeds the allocated time.
  • Item(s) returned must be unworn, unused, unwashed, clean, and free from any defect that is not factory fault, with clothing tags still be left intact. Anything less than this we will not accept the item(s). Saint Osa reserves the rights to decide whether the item(s) is/are eligible for R&E.
